Fairways was a rewarding retrofit challenge focused on modernising an existing system with a clear mandate: simplicity, reliability and superior acoustics.
A rewarding retrofit. Existing wiring runs were repurposed where possible, and where they weren’t fit for purpose we added new infrastructure cleanly behind the architecture.
Highlights:
- Acoustic upgrade with new in-ceiling and in-wall loudspeakers tuned per room
- Replacement control system with a streamlined UI for the family
- Reliability-first design choices — no exotic equipment, no orphaned protocols
- Network refresh to give the new control system the bandwidth headroom it needed
